Since our products fall under the category of ready-to-eat food items, we acknowledge the high sensitivity of such products. Any tampering or redistribution may negatively impact their safety and quality. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy regarding the return of products after delivery.

2. Commitment to Quality Upon Delivery

We carefully inspect all orders before delivery to ensure they meet the requested specifications. Once the product is received by the customer, this is considered confirmation of their satisfaction with its condition and quality. For this reason, we are unable to accept any return requests after delivery.

3. Exceptions to Returns

• All products that are immediately consumable or prone to quick spoilage are not eligible for returns.

• If there is a complaint regarding the product’s quality upon receipt, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Complaints made after this point will not be accepted.
