1. Eligible Cases for Compensation

Compensation will only be provided if it is proven that the product was not as requested or did not meet the specifications the customer ordered.

  • The customer must file an official complaint immediately upon receipt of the product, clearly explaining the issue.

2. Compensation Process

  • The complaint will be reviewed by our quality team to verify its validity.

  • If the complaint is accepted, appropriate compensation will be provided, which may include remanufacturing the product or issuing a partial refund.

3. Additional Conditions

  • No compensation will be offered for complaints submitted more than 24 hours after receipt of the order.

  • The store has the right to reject compensation if insufficient evidence is provided to support the complaint.
